8 TV concert..

We went to 1 Utama to have dinner. After that, we went to watch the 8tv birthday concert.

Singers who attended were John Wee, Henley, Mei Sim, Desiree, Orange and JNK..

After IELTS..

On the day we finished our test, we went to have 'steamboat'in a shop near Sunway Pyramid. We departed at around 5. Actually. this occasion was held to celebrate the finish of our test, and also to hold a farewell party for Kai Xiang, Yun Huan and Min jie, who were going back on the next morning.




We can eat as much as we could , but we will be required to pay for the fine if we took too much food that we couldn't finish all of it. The only interestingf scene i saw here was when the roasted chicken wings was being served, all the people there seemed like fighting for them. The sound of the could be heard..

Before leaving ,Perng Yih gave Min Jie her birthday present ( her birthday fell on 31/12, had to give early)

After that, we went to Sunway Pyramid to 'loiter'.




Suddenly , I heard a bell ringing. Oh, Giordano was offering 45 % storewide discount . That's why there were so many people there busy choosing clothes.. Some of my friends bought T-shirts there . We went back by taxi. Damn expensive , RM 17, because it was around 11 already..

On 17/12, we (Choon Seong,Perng Yih, Ah Voo and I ) went to visit Mid Valley Megamall and The Garden. We took 2 taxis to reach Mid Valley (lazy to wait for buses). We bought a lot of of biscuits here. We snapped a lot of photos too. Examples:

We went to LEGO shop.









We then went to Pudu bus station to buy tickets back to Sg. Petani. Damn it, most of the tickets were sold out. We had to buy the Friday ticket..

After that, we walked to Low Yat Plaza to have dinner. We found that the food here were not so expensive as expected. After dinner, Perng Yih went to buy speakers + base and RAM (DDR).

Before going back, we went to Sg. Wang Plaza to walk around. We heard the ringing sound again.. Haha Giordano again.. My friend went to buy some clothes there..

En route to monorail station, we saw one mat salleh performing using musical instrument made by himself.

Before test - Pavilion, Eye on Malaysia

Finally, my actual IELTS test was over.. sigh..

*flash back*

Back to 1/12, I went to Low Yat Plaza to buy some blank DVDs. I managed to visit Pavilion as well, since I had never been there before and it was situated within walking distance (15 minutes for me) from the Bkt. Bintang monorail station. I met my family there too.






The plan of this mall looked like a wide-opened-V, which was quite weird, in my opinion. It was much more smaller than my familiar 1 Utama..

On my way back, I saw Starhill Gallery on my left hand side. As I was quite rushed, I didn't manage to enter the mall, but had time to snap the photo of the entrance..

Before going back to student house, I had my dinner with my family in Secret Recipe in The Mall which was just located beneath Legend hotel..

On the next day, we (my friends and I) went to the Eye on Malaysia in the evening. I planned to meet my friend, Lee Chon, who was studying in UTP and enjoying his holiday there..

After having dinner in KL Sentral food court ( I disliked the food there ), we departed to Titiwangsa by riding monorail.

When we reached the station, my friends' ticket had some problem that they couldn't go through the gate. They found that the lady working in the KL Sentral monorail had given them the wrong ticket.. (Luckily, I used 'Touch n Go', hihi)

We then took taxis to the Eye on Malaysia. Actually , it was quite near to the monorail station (30 minutes walking distance).

Actually , I felt quite disappointed finding that there was only a Ferris wheel (the only thing) there beside a lake (Tasik Titiwangsa).

While waiting for Lee Chon, we snapped some photos (actually quite a lot)






Finally, Lee Chon reached there. We then queued up to ride the Ferris wheel..




We planned to rent a private gondola as it would be more convenient for us, no stranger.. and cheaper (There were 8 people there, 1 adult RM 15 ,1 private gondola RM 100, calculate yourself, haha ). We snapped some photos inside the gondola




After that, some video clips about Malaysia were shown on the fountains using laser.It looked quite nice..

On the way back, we saw Istana Budaya..

Pangkor Trip Day 2

After taking breakfast, we played station games (or so called telematch).

The first game was about 猜拳。 Each group sent a representative to play. The lost side will be poured sea water. My group lost..

Then, we played chair-passing game. Our group , all 10 people were required to stand on chairs .People who was at the end side , needed to pass the chair to the other end, standing on the chairs. Again, we lost..

In the third game, we were required to fill in a mineral water bottle until full with sea water. We were needed to use whatever found on our body. So the boys took off shirts to soak the sea water and then the water will be filled into the bottle by girls. Again, we lost... FUCK..(We were the only team which lost in the all 3 games, I was so upset..)

Some of us continued playing in the water, while some played with the sand. There were also some people went to ride banana boat and also kayak..

After lunch, we went for snorkelling. We rode motorboat to other island. This was the first time I rode a motorboat. I didn't snorkel because I was afraid , I didn't know how to swim and my father also won't allow.. I missed a good chance, next time la






So many people were injured that day, including me.So, Rong Jian was the busiest man that day, busy bandaging almost everyone there..

We saw a see cucumber on the beach there. It hid itself behind a stone. We caught it out and put it in a plastic bottle. We released it back to the sea when we were on the way back from the island




Before going for dinner, we went to explore the shops outside the resort. I was able to eat some local food, such as lempeng pisang, pulut udang, kacang rebus, sotong bakar,and pisang goreng.




After that, we went to a seafood stall to try local seafood. We tried out sotong tepung. It was quite tasty, not because of the skill of the chef, but of the freshness..Wah..



Dinner time!! We had BBQ for dinner in the resort . We ate crab, ikan kembung (again), prawns(so small, so I ate a lot) and chicken meat. I thought that this meal will be cooked ourselves, whatever..


After that , there was a talent show at around 11pm. Each group was required to perform a show. Our group was chosen as the first group to perform. OMG!!

I can't describe every detail of the shows. So, I planned to summarise it as below:

Group 1 (my group) :Two man met in a pub. After they drank a tin of beer, they started to fight each other. Then ,they went to the bed and made love...(X rated)

Group 2:A lot of monsters were destroying a city. Ultraman 3 came out to kill the monsters and saved the world.

Group 3:A dance regarding to the' Suwaji The Boss' movie. Darsh became the main character..so funny..

Group 4:Act our KBU lecturers' style: Miss Jaclyn, Mr Lee, Mr Al, Miss Chan, Mr Richard, Mr Eric

Group 5:Cinderella story(eddited version).The edited parts are only males become females, and vice versa and the glass high-heeled shoes. The storyline was still the same. Happy ending



Group 6: A director wanted to direct a movie, which storyline was about a husband asked his wife that what was she cooking.'Chicken'.Somebody knocked the door. The husband went to open the door. There was a robber there.The robber killed the husband with a stupid gun after shooting wide for 2 times.The wife then cried due to the death of her husband. The robber then stole something outfrom their house. The emotion of actors and actress were all wrong.Starting from all happy, then sad.. The director was damn angry..(I read this story before)


Group 5 was the winner, of course.


That night, I slept very late, at around 3.30am, because I watched the football matches live. Scotland VS Italy, Italy won 2-1 after scoring a stoppage time goal. We also found that England was still alive after Israel defeated Russia 2-1

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary

Wak.. Had to wake up so early, 6 am ..

After taking bath, we , all boys cycled to college to wait for bus. The bus was quite punctual, departed at 7am.

On the way to deerland, we listened to 3 repeated songs for umpteen times. The songs were 'What a Wonderful World','Season in the Sun' and 'You Raise Me Up'. I fell asleep finally..

Finally, at 9.30am, we reached the deer land in Kuala Gandah, Pahang. Then, we had to wait for the deerpark to open at 10am. We spent half an hour by crapping , taking some photos, bla bla bla..



We went into the deer park. First , we saw the deers from Indonesia. According to the deer park owner, Abdullah, those deers came from Indonesia. There were 3 types of deers there, namely Indonesia, Taiwan and Malaysia (mouse deer). We fed the deers also. The deers looked like very aggressive, so desperate to eat ..

Then, we went to feed the bird and chicken. Nothing special here, only some cute chicks..

We then took photo with python. 1 lady from China was so afraid of the snake , quickly escaped from it, when Abdullah put the snake around her neck. Almost all my friends took the photo already (except Ornella, the Iban girl). I wanted to take also. He(Abdullah) put the snake around my neck and my body. I felt so not comfortable and 'geli' that there was something kept turning around me..

We then went to feed bear, ostrich, rabbit and finally the sunbear(the smallest bear in the world, according to him also).



We continued our journey to elephant conservation center.We had our lunch there.We ate the dishes we had prepared earlier( sandwiches were prepared from 4am, according to Yun Huan) .

We then went to watch a documentary about elephant capture.Boring film.. I almost fell asleep inside like Baem and ah Perng.

After that, we went to feed elephant. I was able to see how big the tongue of an elephant . Wah..

There was an elephant riding session after that.This the first time I rode on an elephant.I felt so 'geli' and 'gatal' because there was a lot of hair on the elephant's skin. Anyway, good experience..

Elephant bathing session. People rid on the elephant will be fallen down with elephant into the river. Haha, they all looked so happy and siok. Too bad that I forgot to bring my towel,extra underwear , extra shorts.. All my friend used the opportunity to play in the water, although the water was not so clean.. This is the first time also i saw Haslina took off her 'tudung'.. Hihi

After that, we went to Bentung waterfall.


After an one-and-a-half-hour journey on the bus and listening to the 3 same songs again, we reached there, the waterfall. This time, only 2 of us, Ah Perng and I didn't play in the water..Sigh..


Finally, we reached KBU at around 7.45pm. We all had dinner together before going back home.

The lesson I learnt is --Before going out for a trip that play in the water, remember to bring along extra underwear, shirt,shorts and towel..
