Today was the new record for me. Riding Rapid KL ( U82 ) 3 times a day. Want to know more? Read on..
We (Nam Khoon and I) departed from Setia Jaya at 8am, then reached my student house at around 10am. He tried to format his laptop using my XP disks, but failed to do so. Don't know why..
We had lunch in 记得食 in 1 Utama. Although the food was quite expensive, it deserved it because it was quite tasty compared to my dinner last night (yeak!!). We applied for the Let's Card. With this card, we will get 10 % discount of every meal we had there.
After that, we rode Rapid KL again, took KTM to Serdang from KL Sentral to find the shop named RAMDAC, where Nam Khoon purchased his laptop.
We then took another Rapid KL --T432 to go to the shop.On the way, I saw the South City Plaza.
(Too bad I didn't have time to visit it, may be next time)
We couldn't find it, so we had to take a taxi. Finally , we found it.
Nam Khoon explained his problem to the technician there. Actually, his problem was the virus had destroyed the drivers of the laptop.. After that , Nam Khoon argued with the workers there due to the price problem. Nam Khoon argued that when he purchased the laptop, the salesgirl there promised him that he will get the same price (RM 50) for formatting and reinstalling. But, this shop charged him RM 80 due to the different location. 'Here is more expensive, different places, different prices' ,thst was what the worker told him. The problem solved when the salesgirl promised to return Nam Khoon RM 30 when he was back to SP, after Nam Khoon paid RM 80 (so so complicated)
While waiting for the fixing of the laptop, we went to visit Jusco there(Jusco Equine Park). This was a 3-storey building, the largest I had ever gone.
We had our dinner in the Jusco food court, because the food in the restaurant there was still quite expensive. (That place still under Subang Jaya). Luckily , the food in the food court was not bad compared to last night dinner, as it was cooked by a chinese.
After waiting for about 2 more hours, the sky was starting to get darker and darker.. I had to go back already and had to leave Nam Khoon waiting alone . (I felt so sorry..)
On the bus to KTM Serdang, I just knew that The Mines was located here. Huhu, may be I would visit there when I was free.
I reached home at around 10.30 pm. I felt relieved.. Nam Khoon reached his hostel at 1.30 am (pity him)
Moral of the story:
1.Don't buy cheap things. 请坚持一分钱,一分货的道理
2.Please try to avoid usage of pirated software, especially Microsoft Windows.
3.Don't believe others easily , especially when you purchase something.
